Manzamo, a celebrated scenic overlook, was once praised by a Ryukyu King as "a plateau spacious enough for ten thousand people to sit." A popular program returning for its third year. Accessible only by boat during high tide, this natural beach on the Sunset Wing sets the stage for your special moments, surrounded by a crystal-clear sea of beautiful coral reefs. Executive Chef Inaugural Gala
This highly anticipated inaugural dinner celebrates Shingo Hayasaka, who assumed the position of Executive Chef at Halekulani Okinawa last November. Welcomed as our special guest is Chef Go Fukuyama of "Goh" in Fukuoka, a close friend of Chef Hayasaka and a regular on the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" list.
Enhancing this extraordinary evening is a curated pairing of five distinct champagnes from "Champagne Telmont"—a pioneer in sustainable viticulture.
