Relish a special dinner course directed by our guest chef, Mr. Fumio Yonezawa, the leading person on food sustainability in Japan from Tuesday, May 3rd through Tuesday, May 31st, 2022.

Chef Yonezawa is a former executive chef at The Burn and Jean-Georges Tokyo and also enthusiastic about food education.

Using Okinawa black beef combined with a menu featuring "Carrot Spice Roast," his signature dish made from locally grown produce and alternative milk garnishes--we look forward to you enjoying sustainable flavors with us at Steak & Wine "KINGDOM."
