Notice of Operating Hours and Operational Schedules for Each Facility Due to Annual Electrical Maintenance

With reference to the “Notice of Temporary Hotel Closure for Annual Electrical Maintenance” previously communicated in our initial announcement, we would like to inform you that the detailed operational schedule for the day has now been finalized. Please find the details outlined below.
Restrictions on Check-in and Check-out
Due to the scheduled power outage maintenance, there will be restrictions on accommodation and stay periods before and after the maintenance.
・Wednesday, January 13, 2027:Check-out by 12:00 noon
*Please note that late check-out will not be available.
・Thursday, January 14, 2027:Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
*Please note that early check-in will not be available.
*Following the door opening at 3:00 p.m., guests will be guided into the hotel sequentially.
Communication Services and Limousine Bus Reception
・External Telephone Lines
External telephone lines will be unavailable from 3:00 p.m. on January 13 to 9:00 a.m. on January 14.
*Please note that while external telephone services will be restored from 9:00 a.m. on January 14, hotel facilities and services will resume operation from 3:00 p.m.
・Airport Limousine Bus Service
For limousine bus services arriving and departing between 12:00 noon on January 13 and 3:00 p.m. on January 14, reservations, arrivals, departures, and boarding/alighting will not be available.

Additional Information
・Please be assured that security personnel will be stationed at the main entrance gate on a 24-hour basis, even during the maintenance period.
