To provide safe and secure stay of our guests amid COVID-19 in accordance with guidelines and recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Halekulani Okinawa asks our guests to cooperate and has implemented proactive precautionary measures listed below.

1. Requests to our guests in preventing COVID-19:

*respect the social (physical) distancing measures taken at our facilities.
*understanding and cooperation for us to measure your temperature using a non-contact digital infrared forehead thermometer and for the use of hand sanitizers upon your arrival, before entering our restaurants, bar and club lounge, and before participating in activity programs and Kids Club.
*the use of our facilities may be limited for a guest whose body temperature is higher than 37.5 degree in Celsius when measured--we may ask you to order in-room dining instead of having a seat at a restaurant.  Accommodation may also be denied following the instructions of the health center.
*all our staff are obligated to wear masks and we kindly ask our guests to wear them as well.

2. Proactive precautionary measures Halekulani Okinawa has implemented:

*enhancing handwashing, gargling, the use of alcohol disinfectants, practicing cough etiquette among our employees, and staff at public areas and restaurants wearing masks.
*blocking some seats to respect the 2m social (physical) distancing at our restaurants and bar.
*Live entertainment at the terrace of House Without A Key will be cancelled due to the rain.
*We may restrict our guests' use of outside swimming pools.
*Cleaning of your guest room and turndown service during your stay are available upon your request.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
