 Starting Saturday, November 1, 2025, Innovative SHIROUX will begin offering a new menu crafted under the direction of Chef Ken Sakamoto, consulting chef from Kyoto’s Michelin-starred restaurant Cenci. This new culinary experience presents a distinctive and innovative world, subtly infused with Italian elements.

 Chef Sakamoto envisions a new gastronomic landscape where the refined sensibilities of Kyoto, the rich bounty of Okinawa, and carefully selected ingredients from Japan and around the world resonate together on each plate. His creations, rooted in seasonal ingredients and shaped by a unique technique that blends tradition with innovation, are visually stunning and designed to engage all five senses—through aroma, flavor, texture, and presentation. Each dish is a reflection of the land’s essence and the diversity of global culinary cultures.

 The new menu at SHIROUX features a diverse course selection crafted with Chef Ken Sakamoto’s refined sensibility and technique, combining ingredients from Okinawa, across Japan, and around the world. Each dish celebrates the harmony of seasonal colors, aromas, and textures—offering moments of discovery and delightful surprise.
